Reservation required, but very accommodating last minute. Guide was knowledgeable and kind, answering questions and providing education at a lovely pace. There was an informative video that she would stop and comment on. Very impressed with how well Norway regulates their sustainable fish farming. Gives me great confidence in their ability to take care of their natural resources and still provide excellent Atlantic salmon!I recommend a visit. Very nice for education about salmon, great staff who took us through the whole farm and explained and showed us everything about salmon farming.

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di arrivare e trovare il tour che stava per iniziare. Il tour prevede la spiegazione di tutta la vita dei salmoni e il metodo di allevamento da parte di una addetta della *fattoria", fatta con cura e passione. Ci sono due vasche piene di 30 mila salmoni al centro del fiordo. L'accesso è in una stradina sterrata che scende dalla via principe, attenti a non perderla.

We were lucky enough to arrive and find the tour about to begin. The tour includes a thorough explanation of the salmon's life and the farming method, conducted with care and passion by a farm worker. There are two tanks filled with 30,000 salmon in the center of the fjord. The access is via a dirt road that descends from the main road; be careful not to miss it.
